Dance has been a part of life my since childhood, and having worked with some of the most dynamic choreographers and performers in the world, like Sir Kenneth McMillan, Arlene Philips, Wayne Sleep, Brian Rogers, Kylie Minogue, Bonnie Tyler, Elton John, Janet Jackson, Ami Stewart, etc, it has always been my frustration that you can't get as much out of exercise classes as you do out of Dance and Performing, of any kind. This is why Zumba to me is not only a fascinating way of keeping fit, but it inspires and motivates you to achieve a healthier and more proactve lifestyle..
